HOLIDAY TRASH COLLECTION
There will be no trash collection on Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 28). Trash collection will resume the following Monday (December 2).
Trash collection will not be affected by the Christmas and New Year's holidays this year.
Christmas trees may be left out for collection on Wednesday, January 8, and also Wednesday,
January 15th. Please remove all decorations and tinsel from trees before leaving them out.
Glass Containers No Longer Accepted in Curbside Recycling
Due to a change in Fairfax County recycling policy, Republic Services will no longer accept glass bottles and jars in curbside recycling bins (effective Oct. 1).
Accordingly, please do not place glass in recycling bins. There are now two options for recycling glass:

PARKING CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT
The parking spaces in the cutout at the Liberty Bell Court end of the Burke Road service road have been changed to VISITOR PARKING. These spaces are for visitors only and must display a Heritage Square Visitor Parking hangtag. Vehicles parked in these spaces without a Visitor Parking hangtag are subject to towing.

POHICK STREAM VALLEY TRAIL CONSTRUCTION
The Fairfax County Park Authority has begun work on the Pohick Stream Valley Trail in Burke Station Park. This project may impact parking and access to trails.

NEW ARCHITECTURAL GUIDELINES ADOPTED
The Board of Directors adopted Policy Resolution (PR) 2017-01, "Architectural and Environmental Guidelines and Regulations," at its regular meeting held on 03/21/2017. The new resolution, which is effective 04/21/2017, replaces PR 10-01 (of the same name) as well as PR 2016-01 (which pertains to storage sheds). A copy of the new resolution was mailed to all homeowners and is also available from the "Documents" page of this website.
